Q1. 大概幾天會送達呢?How long does it take for delivery?

如當日5點前下單,會盡量即日出貨,星期六、日及公眾假期不出貨。
If you order before 5PM on the same day, we will try to ship the same day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

發貨後多數第二日會送到,到貨時順豐會發出取件碼或二維碼的短訊,請及時查看由順豐發送的短訊。
Most orders are shipped the next day. SF Express will send a text message with a pickup code or QR code upon arrival. Please check the text message sent by SF Express promptly.

(i.) 澳門地區 Macau:

      所有澳門訂單均採用順豐到付服務,運費由客人負責。
      All Macau orders use SF Express Pay on Delivery, shipping fee will be paid upon pickup by customers.

(ii.) 海外地區 Overseas:

       所有海外訂單運費由客人負責,請先聯絡客服查詢運費後才下單。
       All overseas orders are the customer's responsibility for shipping costs. Please contact us to inquire about shipping costs before placing an order.

退換貨政策 Return and Exchange Policy

換貨及退貨服務只提供於與品質問題有關之產品,不包括顧客錯誤使用產品或收到後對產品不滿意等理由退貨。
Exchange and return services are only available for product quality issues. Returns due to improper use or dissatisfaction after receipt are not accepted.

- 請於收到貨品起計24小時內聯絡本公司辦理,逾時將不受理。
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will not process your request after this time.

- 貨品必須保持原封包裝(包括外包裝盒,透明包裝袋,配件等),如未有保留原有包裝,恕不受理退貨或換貨。
- The product must be kept in its original packaging (including outer packaging, transparent packaging bags, accessories, etc.). If the original packaging is not retained, no returns or exchanges will be accepted

不可退回的商品 Non-returnable items

- 產品收貨期間已超過7天
   The product has been received for more than 7 days

- 產品已開封或曾被使用
   The product has been opened or used

- 顧客對購買之產品產生敏感反應(顧客不適合使用該產品)
   The customer has developed an allergic reaction to the purchased product (the product is not suitable for the customer)

- 變質的產品,被使用超過原本之容量的十份之一
   The product has been spoiled or used for more than one-tenth of its original capacity

- 產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損壞或不完整
   The product is not in its original packaging, is damaged, or is incomplete

- 任何免費贈品,配件及試用裝禮品
   Any free gifts, accessories, or sample packs

*如顧客對購買之產品產生敏感,可能是顧客不適合使用該產品而引起。本公司不會就此承擔任何責任或相關費用。
*If a customer develops an allergic reaction to a purchased product, it may be due to the customer not being suitable for the product. The company will not assume any responsibility or related expenses.

損壞商品 Damaged Goods

如收到貨品後發現產品有滲透或破損,請保留送貨盒及相關包裝,並提供以下資料給我們,我們會盡快為您跟進及處理:
If you find that the product is leaking or damaged after receiving it, please keep the delivery box and related packaging and provide us with the following information. We will follow up and handle it for you as soon as possible:

- 送貨紙箱的外觀圖片(需清楚看到外箱有否破損)
   Picture of the delivery carton (it should clearly show whether the outer carton is damaged)

- 送貨紙箱的內箱圖片(需看到用以保護產品的泡泡膠或充氣包裝)
   Picture of the inner box of the delivery carton (the bubble gum or inflatable packaging used to protect the product must be visible)

- 有滲透或破損的產品圖片
   Picture of products that show leakage or damage

誤送商品 Misdelivered Items

所有貨品包裝付運前會經包裝人員再次檢查,如確實是誤送貨品,請於收到貨品起計24小時內聯絡本公司辦理。
All packages will be inspected by our packing staff before shipment. If a misdelivered item is confirmed, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

訂單退款 Order Refunds

所有訂單下單後一律不接受取消,除缺貨外,客人因個人理由(如訂錯商品、改變心意、未使用優惠、出門遠行等) 要求取消訂單及退款一律不接受取消。
All orders are non-cancellable. Unless the item is out of stock, cancellations and refunds for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, not using a discount offer, or being away on a long trip) will not be accepted.

交易完成 Transaction Completed

如顧客收到貨品起計7個工作天內並未有任何退換貨品的申請,則代表貨品交易完成,本店毋須承擔任何法律上的責任,亦不會安排任何更換貨品或退款事宜。
If the customer does not request a return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product, the transaction is considered complete. We assume no legal responsibility and will not arrange any exchange or refund.

**本店提供的禮品及試用裝之質素一概不承擔任何責任及不提供更換服務。
**We are not responsible for the quality of gifts or samples provided and does not offer exchanges.

**本店不會就錯誤或不當使用產品而引至任何問題承擔任何責任。
