配送 Delivery

本公司會安排於下單日起3至5個工作天內包裝及發貨。本公司會採取所有適當的措施通知閣下產品的供應及發貨的狀況。如特定產品缺貨，本公司會透過此等使用條款所述的訂明方式通知閣下，而與送貨相關的事宜應由各方協議。

2      如因本公司而出現錯單、漏單等人為錯誤，本公司將承諾在7個工作天內退款。

        If there is any human error, such as an incorrect order or missed order, we promise to refund your order within 7 business days.

3      如貨品已被開封，本公司均不提供退貨或換貨服務。

        We do not offer returns or exchanges for opened items.

4      如想進行退款，而貨品未經開封，可購買後7天內與本公司聯絡。本公司收到貨品後並檢查後沒有任何問題，將會與客人聯絡進行退款。

        If you would like a refund for an unopened item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Once we have received and inspected the item and found no issues,
        we will contact you to issue a refund.
