退換貨須知 Return and Exchange Policy

換貨及退貨服務只提供於與品質問題有關之產品,不包括顧客錯誤使用產品或收到後對產品不滿意等理由退貨。
- 請於收到貨品起計24小時內聯絡本公司辦理,逾時將不受理
- 貨品必須保持原封包裝(包括外包裝盒,透明包裝袋,配件等),如未有保留原有包裝,恕不受理退貨或換貨

Exchange and return services are only available for product quality issues. Returns due to improper use or dissatisfaction after receipt are not accepted.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will not process your request after this time.
- The product must be kept in its original packaging (including outer packaging, transparent packaging bags, accessories, etc.). If the original packaging is not retained, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

不可退回的商品 Non-returnable items

- 產品收貨期間已超過7天
- 產品已開封或曾被使用
- 顧客對購買之產品產生敏感反應(顧客不適合使用該產品)
- 變質的產品,但被使用超過原本之容量的十份之一
- 產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損壞或不完整
- 任何免費贈品,配件及試用裝禮品

- The product has been received for more than 7 days
- The product has been opened or used
- The customer has developed an allergic reaction to the purchased product (the product is not suitable for the customer)
- The product has been spoiled or used for more than one-tenth of its original capacity
- The product is not in its original packaging, is damaged, or is incomplete
- Any free gifts, accessories, or sample packs

*如顧客對購買之產品產生敏感,可能是顧客不適合使用該產品而引起。本公司不會就此承擔任何責任或相關費用。
*If a customer develops an allergic reaction to a purchased product, it may be due to the customer not being suitable for the product. The company will not assume any responsibility or related expenses.

損壞商品 Damaged Goods

如收到貨品後發現產品有滲透或破損,請保留送貨盒及相關包裝,並提供以下資料給我們,我們會盡快為您跟進及處理:
- 送貨紙箱的外觀圖片(需清楚看到外箱有否破損)
- 送貨紙箱的內箱圖片(需看到用以保護產品的泡泡膠或充氣包裝)
- 有滲透或破損的產品圖片

If you find that the product is leaking or damaged after receiving it, please keep the delivery box and related packaging and provide us with the following information. We will follow up and handle it for you as soon as possible:
- Picture of the delivery carton (it should clearly show whether the outer carton is damaged)
- Picture of the inner box of the delivery carton (the bubble gum or inflatable packaging used to protect the product must be visible)
- Picture of products that show leakage or damage

誤送商品 Misdelivered Items

所有貨品包裝付運前會經包裝人員再次檢查,如確實是誤送貨品,請於收到貨品起計24小時內聯絡本公司辦理。

All packages will be inspected by our packing staff before shipment. If a misdelivered item is confirmed, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

訂單退款 Order Refunds

所有訂單下單後一律不接受取消,除缺貨外,客人因個人理由(如訂錯商品、改變心意、未使用優惠、出門遠行等) 要求取消訂單及退款一律不接受取消。

All orders are non-cancellable. Unless the item is out of stock, cancellations and refunds for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, not using a discount offer, or being away on a long trip) will not be accepted.

交易完成 Transaction Completed

如顧客收到貨品起計7個工作天內並未有任何退換貨品的申請,則代表貨品交易完成,本店毋須承擔任何法律上的責任,亦不會安排任何更換貨品或退款事宜。

If the customer does not request a return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product, the transaction is considered complete. We assume no legal responsibility and will not arrange any exchange or refund.

**本公司保證所有產品均為正貨。如發現退貨產品不符合本公司的退貨條款,將不獲處理,不便之處,敬請原諒。一切有關退換貨處理事宜,Ecbeauty保留最終決定權。
